Ah, now I get it, it's supposed to be a pun of raspberry PIE. Darn the English and their habit of butchering the pronunciation of foreign letters and words. :-P
Well, at least it's not as bad as them continuously calling Julius Caesar Dzulius Seizure.
I would rate it as "good". The processor runs with 700 Mhz, this sounds like "a lot", but in reality the speed is comparable to a Pentium II with 300 Mhz. Which is fast enough for ADOM anyway. :)
You should put it in fullscreen, put the pi in a box and sell it as a one game console :p
ReplyDeleteLOL, now *that* is an idea :-) @Jochen: What do you think :-) ?
DeleteThe problem is the availability, I had to wait a long time for mine to arrive.

ReplyDeleteI imagine load/save times are reminiscent of the mid-90s? Not that I mind...any ADOM is good ADOM!
ReplyDeleteIf you're looking for exotic systems native maemo/harmattan build would be lovely...
ReplyDeleteThey are easily available in major American cities now. It's the Pi 0 that's hard to find.
ReplyDeleteConsidering a DOS native hulk to bring up cause I have always detested windowed ADOM
